Key Lime Homes, Inc., has built a strong reputation for developing communities and building quality homes in Northwest Florida since 1994. The company is owned and operated by Skip Miller (President) and Brian Walsh (Vice President Chief Financial Officer).
Key Lime Homes, Inc. started as a small business and through dedication, high quality construction standards, and a commitment to its clients has grown and currently builds 20 to 30 homes annually. Our current new construction markets include Niceville, Ft. Walton, Destin, Freeport and Crestview. With the addition of a full service remodeling division in early 2006, Key Lime Homes now also caters to the client who chooses to add value to their existing home. The company's growth as one of the top construction companies in the area has led to the formulation of plans to eventually expand the coverage to other nearby areas.

Key Lime Homes, Inc.'s goal is to provide quality built homes in well designed communities at a fair price providing each buyer immediate value in their newly purchased home. This goal is accomplished by developing long term relationships with material suppliers and trade partners to assure the consistency of our finished product. Key Lime Homes' President Skip Miller oversees all aspects of construction and development. The company consistently builds above required construction standards mandated by local governmental authorities.
Key Lime Homes Inc. is a committed and responsible active member of the following national, state and local organizations: National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Florida Homebuilders Association (FHBA), Building Industry Association of Okaloosa and Walton Counties (BIA), Emerald Coast Association of Realtors (ECAR), Crestview and Niceville Chambers of Commerce, Committee for a Sustainable Emerald Coast, and the Construction Competency and Licensing Board of Okaloosa County.
